Pricing

$450 per case, up to 500 pages

Pages beyond 500 are $0.50 each, so an 800-page record set is $600. There's no subscription, no seat license and no minimum volume. We confirm the page count and the price in writing before we start.

Your first case is half price, which is $225 for up to 500 pages, so you can judge the work on a real file before you send us another.

Turnaround

The chronology is back in 48 hours from when we have the complete record set. You get a firm quote and a secure upload link within one business day of asking, so a case that comes in on Monday can have a finished chronology by the end of the week.

Very large sets (thousands of pages) are still priced per page. We confirm the due time in the quote before you commit, so you can plan around a demand deadline or a deposition.

One timeline, every provider

A single chronological table across every facility and provider in the record set: date, provider, what happened, and the page it came from. Out-of-order and duplicate records are sorted and merged.

A citation on every entry

Each entry points to its source file and page, so you or your paralegal can verify it, or pull the exact language for a demand or a deposition outline, without digging through the stack.

Unreadable pages flagged

Where handwriting or a poor scan can't be read reliably, we flag the page for your review instead of guessing.

Medical facts only

The chronology records what the records say: dates, providers, diagnoses, treatment, and the page for each. We don't offer opinions on liability, standard of care, causation or damages, and we don't write demand letters. That analysis is your firm's work and your experts', and it stays that way.

What we take off your desk is the sorting, de-duplicating and ordering that happens before anyone can start that analysis. If your firm already works with a legal nurse consultant, the chronology gives them a cited starting point for their review.

How it works

2. We reply within one business day with a firm quote and a secure upload link to a private, encrypted workspace. If your firm needs a Business Associate Agreement, we sign it first.
3. You or your paralegal upload the records. The 48-hour clock starts once the set is complete.
4. You get the chronologyin PDF and Word. If something is wrong or missing, tell us and we'll fix it at no charge.

How it's made

Software does the first pass. It reads every page, pulls out dated medical events, and links each one back to its page. The founder then checks the output against the source pages before it goes to you. Nothing goes into the chronology without a source page behind it.

We're a young company with no published accuracy figures, and we'd rather you judge the work than take our word for it. Check the first chronology against the records the way you'd check a new hire's work. That's what the half-price first case is for.

Confidentiality

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, each client's workspace is isolated at the database level, and every access to health information is audit-logged. Records are stored in the US on Google Cloud, and AI processing runs on AWS and Google Cloud under our signed BAAs with both. The models don't train on your data. We'll sign a BAA with you before you upload if your case needs one. No offshore staff or contractors see your records, and we delete case records on request when the engagement ends.
