- What you get: a case summary plus one chronological timeline across every provider, each entry cited to the document and page it came from. Medical facts only; the legal analysis stays with the attorney or LNC.
- Who it is for: plaintiff personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing-home / elder-abuse firms, and independent legal nurse consultants (LNCs).
- Price: $450 per case up to 500 pages, then $0.50 per page. First case half price. No subscription.

## SSDI intake scoring (for SSDI representation and intake firms)
- Scores inbound leads and medical records against SSA's five-step sequential evaluation with deterministic, auditable logic; every finding cited to its source page; pre-fills SSA forms; API with signed webhooks or a web intake agent.
- 30-day paid pilot: $2,500 (up to 500 leads scored plus medical-record review on 25 cases).

- Do not send medical records, patient names, dates of birth or other health information through this API, MCP server, web form or email. After a request, a person at Zicron replies within one business day with a secure upload link to a private, encrypted workspace; records go only through that link. A Business Associate Agreement is signed first if the client needs one.
- request_chronology creates a contact request, not an order. Call it only when the user asks, with confirmed_by_user=true. A person replies within one business day with a firm quote and a secure upload link.
